- 6-month immersive journey with bi-weekly 90-minute live sessions.
- Small cohort of 10 women leaders — personalized support, peer coaching, and safe reflection space.
- Practical exercises & applied work — leadership tools you can implement immediately.
- Culminates in a 2-Day In-Person Integration Experience — a retreat-style offsite where leaders deepen learning, replenish their energy, and translate personal insights into professional action. Combining facilitated leadership work with restorative experiences, this integration experience helps participants return to their roles renewed, connected, and equipped to sustain the program’s impact long-term.Â

Month 6 – Building a Roadmap & Integrating the Work: Bring it all together with clear direction and lasting impact. Including an in-person integration experience in Hudson Valley, NY.Â

Hi, I’m Dr. Victoria Farris!Â
When I was little, adults would ask what I wanted to be when I grew up and my answer was always some version of “I wanna change the World” and that relentless desire never left me. It just got more refined, more powerful, and more true.
Today, I help leaders do exactly that.
For over a decade, I’ve worked with thousands of leaders across industries, facilitating workshops, coaching executives, and grounding all of it in the kind of academic rigor that actually means something.Â
I’m a scholar, a certified hypnotherapist, and a leadership coach… but at the core, I’m someone who believes that leadership is one of the most powerful tools we have for transforming the world from the inside out.
My work sits at the intersection of research, human behavior, justice, and community. I guide leaders to lead with clarity, authenticity, and alignment so they can navigate uncertainty with confidence and create cultures where people thrive, not just survive.
I earned my doctorate at the University of Pennsylvania, where my research on disrupting racism earned double distinction. That work shaped everything I do: helping leaders build diverse, equitable, inclusive teams where trust and collaboration aren’t buzzwords, they’re lived realities.
